At SCARPA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is placed inside a protective shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
